Professional Experience
Represents a variety of issuers, borrowers, underwriters and trustees in tax-exempt and taxable public finance transactions. Serves as counsel to financial institutions and companies on a variety of lending and transactional matters, including complex commercial, real estate and oil and gas loans. Organizes privately-held corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and professional organizations. Serves as counsel to various business entities with respect to merger, restructure, acquisition, and sale of business activities. Assists clients with real and personal property leasing and purchases, Section 1031 like-kind exchanges of property, and general contract drafting. Has experience representing companies in ad valorem tax appeals and proceedings, and public finance issues including experience as bond counsel, underwriters counsel, issuers counsel, and borrowers counsel.
